All orders are shipped directly from South Korea.

- Complimentary Shipping on orders over $150 USD
- Flat Rate of $25 USD on orders below $150 USD
For Customers in All Other Countries, including but not limited to:
Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Jamaica, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine, and others

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following confirmation of your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days, including handling
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within up to 21 business days, including handling
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and available online.
Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If you do not receive your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@dluxpro.com with your full name and order number.
We will promptly investigate the matter and provide a resolution.
Customs Duties & International Import Fees
Please be advised that customs duties and import taxes may be imposed depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.
