Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns and Complaints Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our complaints policy below:

  • Complaints Within 1 Week After Arrival

If your complaint is submitted within 7 days of the product's arrival, you are eligible for a refund after assessment.

  • Complaints Within 2 Weeks After Arrival

Complaints submitted between 8–14 days after the product's arrival are eligible for a store credit after assessment.

  • Complaints Over 2 Weeks After Arrival

Complaints submitted 15 days or later after the product's arrival are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all return items adhere to this policy.

Note:

  • Refunds and credits will only be issued for eligible complaints after thorough evaluation.
  • Please provide proof of purchase, images of the product, and any necessary details when filing a complaint.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@dluxpro.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please Note:

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items sent back without prior authorization will be returned to you at your expense.

Additional Notes

  • A $25 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
